Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to CPHI Frankfurt 2025. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Compulsory nights: please carefully note that the nights of 27/10, 28/10 & 29/10 are compulsory. You will be therefore committed to these 3 nights.

Payment policy:

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.
By July 24th 2025 an additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.
Failure to pay the remaining 50% deposit by July 24th 2025 will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.
From July 25th 2025 any additional booking must be paid in the moment of making the reservation. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until March 24th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.
Between March 25th 2025 and July 24th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation the participant will be charged 50% of the total cost of the cancelled nights. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.
From July 25th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.
Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: cphihotels@bnetwork.com Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://cphifrankfurt.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).

Hotel booking policy for groups (from 6 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through b network online portal are exclusively for participants registered to CPHI Frankfurt 2025. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:

Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 35% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

By July 24th 2025, an additional 45% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 80% of the total reserved allotment.

By September 30th 2025, an additional 20% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment.

From October 1st 2025, any additional balance or booking is requested to be paid upon confirmation.

We kindly inform you that the final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel through bnetwork.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until March 24th 2025, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

Important: cancellation requested after March 25th 2025 cannot exceed in any case 50% of the original number of room nights reserved. As far as this condition is respected, the below conditions apply:

Between March 25th 2025 and May 27th 2025, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between May 28th 2025 and July 24th 2025, 35% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between July 25th 2025 and September 18th 2025, 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between September 19th 2025 and September 30th 2025, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From October 1st 2025, 100% of the allotment night by night is due in case of cancellation.
